Returns Policy

You can return products within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason.

To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient to send the product before the deadline expires.

The following conditions must be met for a successful return:

• Item is in original condition (unused, undamaged)
• Original packaging and tags included
• All accessories and documentation included
• Return initiated within 14 days
• Valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

1. Initiate Return:

• Contact our customer service
• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Receive a return authorization number (RMA)

2. Package Item:

• Pack the item securely
• Include the RMA number
• Use original packaging when possible

3. Ship:

• Send the package to the provided address
• We recommend using insured shipping
• Keep your shipping receipt

Refund Methods:

• Refund to original payment method
• Credit card payments: 3-5 business days
• Bank transfer: 1-2 business days

Shipping Costs:

• We cover costs for defective items
• Customer pays return shipping for change of mind
• Original shipping cost not refunded (except defective items)

Product Exchange:

• Size or color exchange free within 14 days
• Subject to stock availability
• Price difference applies for upgrades/downgrades

Warranty:

• 1-year warranty on all products
• Free repair or replacement for manufacturing defects
